Platform Management

(Re)think how you begin your OKR journey. Not every team is an A team.

Adding & editing users

  1. Number of users is unlimited and it does not count for billing purposes

  2. Agile Tools in Early Access offers invitations by email

  3. Users can be added to the platform without notifying them

  4. Users with Admin priviliges can invite other users

Creating & editing org structure

  1. There are two reasons to create an organizational structure in Agile Tools: every employee is usually in one org unit, and second, you have to have an org unit defined if you want to create goals for them

  2. There are several build-in org unit types (branch, department, division, etc.), but you can define your own

  3. Each org unit optionally has a head (manager)

  4. Each org unit optionally has several Value Units associated/owned

  5. Multilevel structure supported

Creating & editing Value Units

  1. Value Unit is an umbrella term for products, projects, services, etc.

  2. You define them (in any hierarchy), if you want to be more progressive, to create OKRs for them

  3. Each Value Unit optionally has one or more teams associated

  4. Each Value Unit optionally has one or more Organizational Units associated

  5. You can define your own Value Unit types in the Settings

  6. Multilevel structure supported

Creating & editing teams

  1. Team is a first-class concept. It does not equate to a group of people from the same department

  2. Each team has a name, one to 12 members, a team lead, and a list of Value Units - products they build, projects they run, services they offer, or similar.

Observing cross-functionality

  1. A team detail view reveals the job positions team members have

  2. You can quickly navigate to the team's current OKR

  3. Circular and table view
